Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Larkin Lawn Care ("we", "us") collects through the Larkin Lawn Care iOS app, our website (larkinlawncare.com) and our customer portal, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information – your name and email address, and, if you use Sign in with Apple, the anonymous identifier Apple provides (which may be a private relay email).
- Contact and property details – phone number, service address, gate access preferences and any notes you give us about your property.
- Photos – photos of your property you choose to upload, and photos we take of your property when we perform a service.
- Messages and service requests – the requests, messages and replies you send us through the app, website or email.
- Service and billing records – the jobs we schedule and perform, quotes, invoices and payment status. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
We do not use advertising identifiers, we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not sell your personal information.
How we use your information
- To schedule, perform and bill for lawn care services you request.
- To estimate pricing for your property, including by looking up your address on public map and satellite imagery.
- To communicate with you about your services, including service updates and announcements.
- To keep your account secure and to meet our tax and accounting obligations.
Service providers we share information with
We share information only with providers that help us run the service, and only as needed for that purpose:
- Cloudflare – hosting, database and photo storage.
- Stripe – payment processing.
- Apple – Sign in with Apple.
- Resend – sending login codes and service emails.
- Anthropic – AI processing of booking requests and quotes.
- OpenStreetMap (Nominatim) and Esri ArcGIS – converting your address to map coordinates and retrieving satellite imagery for estimates.
- Pushover – notifying the business owner of new requests.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app under Account → Delete Account, or by emailing info@larkinlawncare.com. Deleting your account permanently removes your login, contact details, property photos and messages. Records of completed jobs, invoices and payments are kept in anonymized form for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.
Data retention and security
We keep your information while your account is active and delete it as described above when you delete your account. Information is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
Children
Our services are intended for adults who are arranging service for a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Your choices
You can view and update your contact and property details in the app at any time. You may also ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing info@larkinlawncare.com.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above.
